Maureen A. Nulty is an officer of Cendrowski Selecky and a founding member of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors and Prosperitas Group.
Throughout her career, Maureen has held numerous leadership roles relating to tax services and tax education. She has extensive experience in the areas of corporate tax, transaction and structure planning, and consulting in connection with closely-held businesses and individuals. She has served clients in the telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, construction, and professional services industries. Maureen also provides temporary CFO services to various businesses.
In addition to her tax and business consulting services, Maureen provides marital dissolution litigation support services.
Maureen is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She is also an accomplished lecturer and writer, having authored State Laws and Taxes, Starting & Operating a Business in Michigan, published by Oasis Press, in 1994.
Maureen earned her B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
