Hedge funds and private equity funds are increasingly popular investment choices for high net worth individuals and families. While attempting to provide superior returns to their investors, many of their business practices and operating provisions may not be familiar to those investors.

We assist both the fund and its investors in providing comprehensive and understandable documents and reports. We work with the fund and its legal counsel in developing the business and financial outline of the enterprise. These are reflected in the private placement memoranda that we review and provide suggested revisions. Investor allocations and manager compensation arrangements are developed in order to provide adequate incentive to the manager while still providing the required return to the investors. Finally, ongoing results are monitored including fund performance and investor rates of return.
